Installation: The VS-100 continues to draw 200 mA with the ignition off, which is equivalent to a 5 amp/hour lost per day. To insure battery durability, it is recommended that a switch be installed between the battery and this device. For installation, connect the red wire (+) to the battery positive post and the black wire (-) to the battery negative post.
